Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
On receipt of your order, please inspect the package contents and contact us immediately if your item displays any sign of damage or defect, or if you've received the wrong item so our team can make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning if you are unhappy with your order in any way, you have 30 days from the day your order was placed to request a return or refund. Our team will evaluate the situation and will notify you if the return and/or refund meets approval guidelines. If approved, your order will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are not accepted on perishable goods and food items.
